Cristal Seeds Refund Policy

At Cristal Seeds, customer satisfaction is very important to us. In order to ensure that you are satisfied with our products, we implement the following refund policy. Please read carefully all details regarding return and refund processes.

Return and Refund Conditions:

Returnable Products:

Only products that are in their original packaging and unused can be returned. Seed packages must not be opened. Opened or damaged packages cannot be returned.

Return Period:

You can request a refund within 7 days from the product delivery. If the return request exceeds the specified time period, the return may not be accepted.

Return Process:

To initiate your return request, contact us by emailing info@cristalseeds.com or filling out the return form on our website. Once your return request is approved, we will send you an email with the steps required for the return. Send the products to the specified address after receiving return approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process:

Once the returned products are received and examined, the refund process will be initiated.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Credit card payments may be reflected in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.

Shipping charges are non-refundable

Faulty or Damaged Products:

Check your products carefully upon delivery. If you encounter faulty or damaged products, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

You can request an exchange or refund by sending an e-mail with photos and order information of faulty or damaged products.

Return shipping costs of faulty or damaged products will be covered by us.

Exceptions and Special Situations:
Special orders, personalized items or promotional items may not be subject to refunds.
Small differences arising from the natural structure of the products or changes in growth rates are not accepted as a reason for return.
